Delete branch "codex/project-sweep-release-0.6.2"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
MCSG map chunks contain saved mobs that bypass spawn events. Clean these entities at startup and chunk load, preserve tier-3 supply-drop loot, and fix chart/controller configuration contracts and rollout behavior.
The release also repairs the publishing workflow: build and publish all five amd64 images, verify SportPaper and envtest dependencies, publish the correct wc-mc chart package, and fail on missing artifacts. Release 0.6.3 passed all jobs and published every image and the chart before deployment. The failed 0.6.2 attempt was never deployed; its registry access failure was fixed in the infrastructure repository.
Validation: full plugin tests (987 cases, zero failures/errors; two conditional Redis cases skipped), full controller envtest suite and go vet, Helm/rendered-config regression checks, kubeconform, formatting, and shaded jar packaging.
MongoDB data was backed up and its missing PV binding repaired. The existing credential Secret was adopted with pruning protection for the external-secret migration. No database data is discarded.
Live verification: isolated old/new SportPaper comparison loaded 935 saved-entity chunks, retaining 1,536 mobs on 0.6.1 and zero on 0.6.3. ArgoCD reports Synced/Healthy, the empty old lobby was replaced, and MongoDB credentials were rotated with retained storage and verified consumers. See docs/project-audit-2026-10-01.md for deployment evidence and limits.
