Record the completed 0.6.3 deployment, direct old/new SportPaper mob comparison (1,536 versus zero mobs across 935 chunks), release and infrastructure fixes, retained MongoDB volume recovery, backup, coordinated credential rotation, and verification limits.

Documentation only; live deployment and artifact validation are recorded in the report.
