Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Named OPS players could be denied /gamestate because Bukkit 1.8 does not expand the literal wildcard attachment. Grant the concrete local command nodes on the same attachment, include /tp and /veto for wildcard staff, and show network staff help only for concrete network permissions.
Validation: focused Gradle permission regression tests, formatting check, and shaded build passed. Isolated two-client Minecraft protocol validation passed: /gamestate permissions, cross-backend /w and /r, mutual friendship, friends-only message gating, global /settings inventory updates, settings persistence after hub/game transfers, and friend online/server status. Ephemeral Mongo verification confirmed the accepted friendship and FRIENDS / requests-off preferences.
