Rebrand to marketing site and scrap the client portal 69091c99c3

Reshape the app from the full MSP client portal into a single-page
marketing site for Avian Technologies Group.

Website:
- Apply pamphlet copy (aviation "take flight" voice), rename brand to
  Avian Technologies Group across the site
- Rebuild the hero "live monitoring" graphic (clock, per-site ping,
  latency canvas, timestamped event feed) and fix its formatting
- 2x2 process steps, 4-across service cards, remove service tag chips
  and the "technology we trust" section
- Drop the About page; fold the contact form onto the home page; nav
  becomes on-page anchors (Services / Process / Contact)

Portal removal:
- Delete all portal routes, templates, auth, models, database, seed,
  billing, crypto, and portal tests
- Collapse to a marketing-only skeleton: main + marketing router +
  trimmed helpers + env-based config + SMTP integration
- New marketing test suite

Deployment/docs cleanup:
- Trim requirements (drop sqlalchemy/pyjwt/stripe/weasyprint/etc.) and
  the weasyprint system libs from the Dockerfile
- Remove the SQLite backup sidecar and all volumes from compose; the
  app is now stateless
- Env-based .env.example, rewritten README and CLAUDE.md, drop
  INTEGRATIONS.md and the portal install/backup scripts
