  • header reads MONITORING instead of AVIAN // MONITORING
  • status rows are service categories (Network/Servers/Endpoints/
    Backups/Microsoft 365) with bare green/amber/red lights instead
    of the word Operational; red (crit) state wired via --danger
  • sparkline charts endpoints online (~1,73x of 1,761) instead of
    WAN latency; Avg response tile replaced by Open alerts
  • event feed rotates concrete ops events (Windows/Ubuntu patch
    windows with real upcoming dates, backup jobs, 27 devices
    pending patches); warn events briefly flick the Endpoints light
    amber and bump Open alerts to 1 before auto-clearing
