New /managed-it-services page targeting local search intent for
Monroe/West Monroe/Ruston. Hero with free-assessment CTA, seven
managed service lines with scope bullets, support coverage,
four-stage onboarding, why-Avian points, FAQ (month-to-month with
12/36-month term discounts), and the contact form. Added to the
sitemap, linked from the homepage services section, and covered
by three new tests.
