fix: rebrand Bastion to Avian across all code and config #2
Owner
- Replace all brand references Bastion IT Services → Avian IT Services
- Update email domain bastionit.example → avian.club
- Rename containers bastion-* → avian-*
- Update cookie name bastion_token → avian_token
- Update seed data (admin name, company, VPN URL, KB articles)
- Fix docker-compose service name to avoid orphan conflict
- Update README with new branding and deployment paths
