feat: LocalBusiness JSON-LD on the homepage d7154f95b3

Service-area-only schema (no street address) matching the Google
Business Profile: E.164 phone, Monroe / West Monroe / Ruston
areaServed, weekday 7:00-19:00 hours. Parsed and validated by a
new test; base.html gains a head-level schema block for pages
that need structured data.

fix: mobile nav, form reassurance line, services intro count ba3028df20

UX review fixes:
- phones keep the full navigation — the nav wraps and tightens
  below 680px instead of hiding every text link
- both contact forms state 'We reply within one business day.'
  under the submit button (matches the post-submit message)
- services intro says 'the areas' instead of 'the four areas',
  which the build-services section below contradicted
