go2rtc streaming optimizations: add WebRTC port, ICE servers, HLS tuning ... 707c684db8

- docker-compose.yml: publish WebRTC port 8555 TCP+UDP for ICE connectivity
- go2rtc_config.py: add webrtc.ice_servers, hls.segment (1s), explicit rtsp.listen
- LivePlayer.jsx: reduce hls.js maxBufferLength 4->2 for lower latency

frontend player improvements: backoff, per-camera mode, ICE restart, debug overlay ... d77ea1b6e0

- useGo2rtcWs: exponential backoff with jitter (1s→30s) instead of flat 500ms-3s retry
- streamPlayback: per-camera playback mode stored in localStorage (opus_live_playback_mode:<name>)
- CameraView: persist mode selection per camera
- Go2rtcWebrtcPlayer: up to 2 ICE restart attempts before falling through to MSE
- LivePlayer: add DebugOverlay (toggle with Ctrl+Shift+D), reduce hls.js buffer

adaptive stream selection by container width ... a0d1c7010e

LivePlayer auto-detects whether to use sub stream or main stream
based on container width (ResizeObserver). Tiles narrower than
420px use the sub stream; wider tiles use the main stream.

This matches Scrypted/Blue Iris behavior: grid tiles → sub stream,
solo/large view → main stream. The preferSubStream prop still works
as an explicit override when provided.
